Shot Put - Rotational or Glide?
It is an interesting debate, which is better technique, the glide or the spin? When you look at shot put technique, everyone has varied views. Today it seems the spin is more popular, and many of the top shot put throwers utilize this technique. It seems all levels are abound with rotational throwers, but also note, there are a handful of gliders that also hold top spots.
